1. Description of the Service
StreamTitles.com is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, manage, and display dynamic overlays and title elements for live streaming platforms.
A free version of the Service is available with a visible watermark.
Paid subscriptions remove the watermark and may provide additional features.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited or its affiliates (“Paddle”), which acts as Merchant of Record.
This means:
- Paddle is the reseller of the Service
- Paddle processes payments and applicable taxes
- Paddle issues invoices to customers
- All billing disputes and refund requests are handled through Paddle
Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Subscription Plans
Paid plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, 6-month, or annual billing).
Subscription fees are displayed in USD.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings.Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
4.3 No Refund Policy
Because:
- A fully functional free version is available for testing, and
- The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon activation,
- All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
4.4 EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union:
By purchasing a subscription and accessing the Service immediately, you:
- Expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service, and
- Acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Upload or display illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
